Good team, though question Bergkamp when you have no space for Nistleroy, even on the bench.

sorry forgot van nistelroy he can sit on the bench much like he does at real at the moment lol ....for me bergkamp was awesome and has to be in the starting line up, he had an excuisite touch which majority couldnt rival.

Dont get me wrong, Dennis Bergkamp has been thee most artistic footballer, rivalled only by Eric Cantona from the previous decade (as far as the premiership is concerned). Some of the goals he scored were in a class of their own. That goal he scored against Argentina and one against Newcastle springs to mind

but as a goal scorer he does not rival Nistleroy.

Evidence:

Bergkamp - 1995–2006 Arsenal 316 (87)

Rude Boy Nistlerooy - 2001–2006 Manchester United 150 (95)

Rude Boy scored more goals in half the games played by Bergkamp.

good points chocster but i think i think the main teams nowadays play with the 1 striker so i would have henry up there with bergkamp behind him. Viera will break up the play and pass it to gerrard who will switch it to either wing with ease, ronaldo and giggs will skin the opposing right/left back and supply the forwards OMG what a team! lol

Here comes my selection:

Goal keeper would be Peter Schmeichel.
Defence would consist of Ashley Cole, Jaap Stam, William Gallas and Wes Brown.
Midfield would include Michael Essien, Arjan Robben, Steven Gerrard and David Beckham.
Finally, upfront would be Hernan Crespo along with Robinho.
Subs as follows: Edwin van der Sar, Nemanja Vidic, Kolo Touré, Emmanuel Eboué, Cristiano Ronaldo, Ryan Giggs, Claude Makelele, Patrick Vieira, Dennis Bergkamp and Tevez.
Manager would be Alex Ferguson.

There are just too many good players that have played in the premier league in the past decade. It's a shame we cannot select them all. Arsenal is the team that I support in the premier league and always have.

PS. Unfortunately, my favourite player Messi hasn't played in the premier league yet so he'll have to wait. Messi would absolutely rule in the premier league!

Oh, my bad. You're right. I've changed it. I hope this is more representative.
