I am sure alot of you on this forum have watched Adams last training video.

Adam has been training for a year and has made major developments in his technique and style. He is lightning quick for a 6 Year old and also has speed with his power. He is throwing punches from different angles and styles and has done extremely well in sparring (sparring with adults not children). He is has improved so much in one year, imagine what he will be like in 5 years time when he starts competing in the ABA's. He is still young, eager and hungry and dedicated to his training. We are working with punching combinations and have packaged his punching into alphabets, so he will have A to Z of different punching combinations. I hope and pray he sticks to the right path and stay away from evilsociety and dedicate his energy to what he is blessed with. He enjoys Boxing, we have been to all Amir Khan fights (and will be there in the O2 London on the 27th June 09).

I have two adopt sisters

My colleagues and I have sent a number of orphans to the US and Canada for free operations. One is a little girl named Xiao Chu who was born with a weak heart. She was abandoned as a baby. By age two she was already experiencing shortness of breath and loss of appetite. Her future looked grim. Last January we flew her to Canada for surgery, along with two other orphans with heart problems. The operations were successful, and all three children have since returned.

We are also working in some of Beijing's orphanages and schools for the mentally handicapped. Every week we visit various schools, playing games with the children and teaching them English. Not long ago we organized a conference with orphan expert Sherrie Eldridge to define the special challenges that orphans face. The conference was of benefit to orphanage directors and adoptive parents alike.
